What are the notification triggers supported ?

We actually support multiple notification triggers for your customers. A notification trigger is essentially an email sent to the customer, based on an email template that is merged with customer data before being sent.

Abandoned card reminder

This notification is sent when a customer adds some stuff to his shopping cart and then quits the website. The email contains the shopping cart content.

Account activation link

This notification is sent right after the customer opens an account on your store. It contains a link to activate his account, proving that the email used is valid.

Account details

This notification is sent right after the customer activates his account.

Order confirmation

This notification is sent right after a customer makes a purchase on your store. It contains all the useful information about the order.

Password reset

This notification is sent when a customer resets his password.

Product download link
